ABOUT THIS1.WORKS
Small by design.
Serious about the work.
this1.works is a small independent studio led by Greg Mackinlay in Johannesburg. We build polished websites and the useful systems that sit behind them.
Experience beyond the screen
Greg’s work spans e-commerce, customer journeys, production operations and system integration. That operational background shapes every project: what happens after someone clicks the button matters as much as the button itself.
this1.works is a side business. We take on a focused number of projects, set a clear scope and communicate directly. There is no large team or agency theatre.
Talk about a project ↗Built to work
A site should be quick to understand, easy to use and able to support what the organisation actually needs. Sometimes that means a better enquiry flow. Sometimes it means a portal, dashboard or integration.
We start with the practical need and build the right first version.
